A current study by the Italian Supreme Health Authority examines the disadvantages of the mRNA corona “vaccines” and explicitly points out the health risks associated with them. The fact that state-funded research is so challenging the narrative of the Covid vaccination - which, according to some politicians, has "virtually no side effects" - is a novelty and proves that the truth is increasingly asserting itself. Renate Holzeisen, MWGFD member, lawyer and member of the South Tyrolean state parliament, is calling for long-overdue reactions: the immediate suspension of vaccinations and the resignation of responsible politicians.
- Die Studie finden Sie hier: The Immunologic Downsides Associated with the Powerful Translation of Current COVID-19 Vaccine mRNA Can Be Overcome by Mucosal Vaccines
The conclusion of the study discusses shortcomings of the mRNA vaccines with regard to effectiveness and safety:
Several experimental lines of evidence suggest that the spike protein is produced in abundance and persists following an mRNA COVID-19 vaccination. However, the current mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines have a number of limitations, including the rapid decay of the immune response, the inability to trigger an effective immune response at the virus's portal of entry, and the lower effectiveness of updated formulations due to the original antigenic sin phenomenon [42,43]. On the other hand, strong mRNA translation associated with spike overproduction can lead to dysregulation of ACE-2 signaling and cytokine production, antibody cross-reactions against nonspecific molecular targets, emergence of auto- and anti-idiotype antibodies, and immune reactions of uncertain significance against unknown products. In addition, the cytokines produced after Spike/ACE-2 binding can adversely affect the fate of still “sleeping” tumors and pre-existing autoimmune pathologies as well as chronic inflammation. For these reasons, the current indication of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines for the “fragile” population should be carefully reassessed in light of the typology of each specific fragility.

Rome/Bozen - A recently published study by the Italian Supreme Health Authority Istituto Superiore della Sanità (ISS) , financed by the Italian Ministry of Health, is causing a stir. The research led by Maurizio Federico, published on November 14, 2024, questions the effectiveness and safety of the mRNA-based Covid-19 vaccines currently in use. At the same time, the study confirms the significant health risks associated with it.
MWGFD member Renate Holzeisen , lawyer in Bolzano and member of the South Tyrolean state parliament, makes serious accusations against those responsible at national and regional levels and calls for their immediate resignation.
Study results: Criticism of effectiveness and safety
The study argues that the mRNA vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna, which are being used worldwide against Covid-19, are not only largely ineffective in preventing infections, but can also pose a significant health risk. The central statements can be summarized as follows:
- Inadequate protection: The immune response to the vaccines does not take place sufficiently in the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, the main route of entry for the virus.
- Long-term risks: Uncontrolled production of the spike protein in the body could promote autoimmune diseases and the development or reactivation of tumors.
- Distribution in the body: The mRNA packaged in nano-lipid particles reaches all cells in the body, including the heart muscle, brain and reproductive organs.
- Remains in the body: Traces of mRNA can be detected in tissue such as heart muscle and lymph nodes even weeks after vaccination.
- Critical side effects: The study points to possible connections with inflammation of the heart muscle (myocarditis) and chronic inflammation, which could increase the risk of heart problems and cancer.
Political reactions and demands
Against the background of these results, MWGFD member Renate Holzeisen, in her role as a member of the South Tyrolean state parliament, is calling for the immediate suspension of the vaccination campaign and the resignation of the Italian Health Minister Orazio Schillaci who is responsible for health in South Tyrol and the regional councilor Hubert Messner, . Holzeisen accuses those responsible of ignoring the known risks and pursuing a harmful vaccination strategy. Holzeisen is particularly critical of the fact that the potentially fatal mRNA vaccines continue to be recommended to pregnant women, older people and immunocompromised patients.
Consequences demanded
Criticism of the mRNA vaccines is not new, but the support of a government-funded study increases the urgency of the debate. The publication of the study marks a turning point in the discussion about the safety and effectiveness of mRNA vaccines.
The reaction of the government and the South Tyrolean health authorities remains to be seen - as does whether and to what extent the findings will have consequences at the national and regional level.
